Vega Mancha

Vega Mancha is an artisanal cheese brand from the village of Sotuélamos in Albacete, Spain. Since 1985, they have been producing high-quality cheeses from Lacaune sheep’s milk, combining traditional techniques with innovation. Their commitment to sustainability and animal welfare is evident at every stage, from the careful selection of milk to the meticulous maturation of each cheese.

At Mevalco, we are always on the lookout for products that stand out for their flavour, authenticity and consistency. That is how we discovered YA TE COMERÉ, a Spanish producer specialising in gourmet croquettes that have quickly earned the approval of chefs and food professionals across the country.

Arotz

For over 60 years, Arotz has been producing premium wild mushrooms, truffles and forest fruits in the forests of Soria, Spain. Every ingredient is carefully hand-selected, preserving the natural environment while delivering authentic aroma, texture and flavour.

For 15 years, Mevalco has delivered Trasacar Old Cow Beef, providing exquisitely marbled ex-dairy beef, cherished by the best Basque Cider Houses.
