Arbizu, a distinguished family business since the mid-1960s, has become synonymous with the finest chistorra, a beloved fast-cure sausage from the regions of Aragon, Navarre, and the Basque Country. Based in the town of Arbizu in Navarra.
Chistorra, is a type of sausage known for its distinctive flavour and texture. Made from minced pork and encased in lamb tripe, chistorra is seasoned with garlic, salt, and paprika, which imparts a vibrant red color.
