MEVALCO LAUNCHES NEW RANGE OF GOURMET PLANT-BASED AND LAMB BURGERS

NEW from Mevalco – the home of fine Spanish foods – is an exciting and innovative range of burgers drawing off the very best ingredients from Spain and offering fresh inspiration to chefs for Spring and Summer menus and BBQs: 

ARTICHOKE BURGER from Caprichos del Paladar is a premium 100% plant-based gourmet burger that offers something new and unique to customers. Contrary to most “plant-based” burgers that are available in the market, there are no other additives in these burgers – they are made 100% from pure, top quality delicious tasting artichokes, which deliver a wonderfully tasty meal.  The Artichoke Burgers are best cooked with high heat and are highly versatile, they can be griddled, barbequed, baked or microwaved and can be cooked from frozen or partially thawed. 

Artichoke Burgers are available in sliders of 30g or 114g.

MORALEJO LAMB BURGERS are a delicious gourmet lamb burger from the flavour-packed Zamora (Castile) lambs which are situated in the heart of lamb production in Spain.  The burgers are specially created with aromatic herbs and deliver a hint of Thyme.  Perfect for new menus and famously flexible for restaurants and pubs to deliver a quality burger with a difference. 

Morelejo Lamb Burgers are available in 116g or 40g sliders.
